• I am working in the IT department as a Field Engineering superintendent performing all tasks related to IT at QAIA; recently worked with the EFB section at the flight operations to manage delivering and updating iPads to the cockpit and following up the whole process.
• Performing the daily check up on the Flight Operations and desk support for users.

In order to gain the best knowledge about aviation and related matters I have joined Royal Jordanian as a flight attendant which allowed me to gain the best knowledge about aviation industry and enhance my experience to penetrate this filed in detail.

September 15th, 2007, till December 25th, 2010, as NSS and Roaming Team Leader at XPress Telecommunications Company, handling the following tasks:

• Configuration for the Nortel DMS-100 MSC translation, hardware and trunks.
• Tracing and troubleshooting SS7 problems.
• Daily operations & maintenance of the core network that includes maintaining the health and performance of the MSC, HLR and network elements attached to the MSC.
• Implementation, establishment and configuration of new interconnections with other operators and wholesale partners.
• Configuration and data fill for new roaming links in accordance to new roaming agreements, in addition to performing full standard IREG testing and troubleshooting with new/existing roaming partners.
• Troubleshooting and responding to customer complaints.
• Ensure Escalation, Tracking and Resolution of Alarms/outages relating to CN Media, Equipment and Power.

Configuration management – CM

• Filling work orders from RF department into the OMC.

Performance management PM:

• Tool: getting statistic using CROME (Cell Reporting Object Management Environment) JAVA application, Quantum Vendor.

Fault management FM

• Alarm handling (transmission link alarms, RSL failures, and power alarms) also managing sites visits to the Field engineering team and assigning preventive check to each site periodically to keep the upper management updated.

• June 2004 till June 2005 at KHUSHEIM Company in Saudi Arabia as a technical Support engineer and sales.

• April 2003 till April 2004 at Natural Resources Authority (NRA) at the department of information, working in maintenance and networking.
