- Manage All Engineering Warehouse, in terms of planning the storage of Engineering assets under direct supervision of Asset Manager. •
Prepare assets for issue and ensure equipment and assets are in prime condition.
- Test equipment for functionality prior to storing or issue; receive assets and equipment after R&I and coordinates storage accordingly taking in to consideration special requirement for storage such as Electrical, Chemical, environmental or other sensitive equipment and items.
- Prepare issue / hand-over vouchers of engineering equipment and update them in manual / electronic records of assets management including in the property management database.
- Assist with determination on status and classification of assets and updates the records in the appropriate system
- Receive, inspect and verify all incoming assets and supplies. • Provide report to supervisor on availability of expandable and nonexpendable items. • Assist supervisor with preparation of timely write-off of assets as per established procedures.
- Deliver assets to Property Disposal Unit in coordination with Disposal Unit • Assist with the preparation of equipment packing lists and Cargo Movement Requests (CMR)
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned by UNISFA Asset Management or responsible officer.
- Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment

Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.

-Track and receive all shipment and military gears from ports to the site
-Store and manage all equipment received and keep track with individual team equipment and weapons and re issue it to the teams as needed .

-Create and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures, and confirm staff compliance

-Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods
-Inspect all warehouses equipment and order repairs and replacements when required

-Manage all property books, for Issuing, turn-in of all ATA equipment. Additional duty as purchasing agent. Manages ATA equipment in excess of 4 Million Dollars, and maintain it.
-Coordinate all training venue to be assigned to trainers with all needed to ignite
-Support the ATA teams by issuing the equipment to perform their courses.
-Conduct re-inventory of all equipment, materials used after course completions, this includes reports of the usage, equipment on loan to other agencies or re-issue. Manage and Maintain All Storage facilities, Arms Room, Explosive .
-Prepare and ship equipment to various countries within the ATA Program. Conduct Coordination and Maintain Continuity with all deployed ATA teams.
