Spectrum Monitoring and Inspection:

• Monitored licensees’ adherence to the terms and conditions of their TRC-registered licenses.
• Identified and resolved cross-border spillover interference cases from neighboring countries (such as KSA, Syria, Palestine, and others) in accordance with ITU standards.
• Ensured that service providers maintained the Quality of Service (QoS) parameters as specified in their licensing conditions.
• Monitored the authorized use of the spectrum and detected any unauthorized frequency usage.
• Managed spectrum interference issues, identified their sources, and resolved them efficiently.
• Monitored electromagnetic field exposure to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, following international guidelines on non-ionizing radiation exposure issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP).

• Detected and identified illegal frequency usage through periodic visual inspection of the entire RF spectrum to locate unauthorized transmissions.
• Reported illegal frequency usage and imposed fines when necessary, acting as a judicial officer from the TRC.
• Achieved ISO/IEC 17020:2012 accreditation training, demonstrating competence, impartiality, and consistent operation as an inspection body, in accordance with international standards for inspection activities.

Type Approval and Laboratory Testing:

• Ensured compliance with international standards set by ETSI, including EN 300 328 for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, EN 301 489 for electromagnetic compatibility, EN 301 511 for GSM, EN 301 908 for UMTS and LTE, in accordance with TRC regulations.
• Conducted testing in TRC laboratories using specialized equipment and Electromagnetic Anechoic Chambers to ensure accurate and reliable results, verifying compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Prepared detailed reports outlining emitted frequencies and power levels, and submitted them to the type approval department for certification.
