• After proving my capability in the numerous roles I undertook, the company management assigned me to manage these two new divisions: Manifest & Sorting , in addition to the departments I was already responsible for. This assignment followed a training period under the previous manager, ensuring I was fully acquainted with all tasks in these two divisions.

• planning and organizing the activities of all stored and direct export work and supervising the work of trucks exit from the port.
• The job includes full knowledge of the procedures from the moment the manifest is withdrawn from customs until the cars are released from the port.
• Process improvement By developing an Excel program specific to the department.
• coordinating the vessel planning process, including berth allocation, docking, and , ensuring seamless operations and optimizing port efficiency. Responsible for liaising with shipping agents, port authorities, and internal teams to manage vessel movements and prevent delays, while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
