As a Security Technical Operations Manager, I am responsible for the installation, implementation, administration, and management of security products, including IBM QRadar, SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response), and IBM Guardium.

My key role involved overseeing the deployment and configuration of these security solutions to ensure the effective protection of the organization's data and systems.

I collaborated closely with IT and security teams to ensure that the security products were properly maintained, aligned with business needs, and compliant with the company's security policies and standards.

I optimized system performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of technical issues.

As a ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 Auditor

In my role as an ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 Auditor, I conducted audits to assess compliance with international standards for information security management systems (ISMS) and business continuity management systems (BCMS).

I evaluated the effectiveness of security controls, risk management processes, and business continuity plans within the organization.

My responsibilities included preparing audit reports, providing actionable recommendations for improvement, and ensuring that management understood compliance requirements.

I collaborated with various departments to foster a culture of security and continuity, helping the organization achieve and maintain ISO certifications.

I worked as a system administrator for around 2 years. My main tasks included:

• Managing Microsoft Active Directory, Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange 2010.
• Administering Symantec Backup Exec for data backups and recovery.
• Managing virtual environments using Hyper-V and Proxmox.
• Supporting the company's ERP System (Orion).
• Basic knowledge of network routing, switch configuration, and firewall management.
