Worked as Asset delivery Lead for Wood plc at Basrah Gas Company Engineering procurement services contract. Where I've managed an Engineering & Procurement, cost ,quality teams to achieve delivery assurance& excellence this happened through delivery support for detailed engineering & procurement and including budgeting and costing. In short from MR to PO process which is design technical assurance till PO is placed and cost associated, MOC and management for the site changes requests, inspection third parties, and released shipments to Basrah-Iraq . Being dedicated to work for UQ asset I have handled more than 245 PO (Value more than USD 285 M) working closely with Client's Asset focal point for delivery excellence program including RCA, lesson learned, Risk management, KPIs, etc . Achievement was delivery of 245 PO to construction site and a certificate of appreciation issued on May 2020.

I have achieved to deliver 25 WASH/infrastructure projects within above period, and to lead an engineering team within the organization to deliver projects funded by programs/donors like USAID/CSSF / DFID/DUTCH to different communities/ministries in Jordan. Starting from projects budgeting & proposal, plan, execute, deliver infrastructure water/waste water treatment/MEP schools CBO.S. Role included not limited to full supervision on design (outsourced) team MR/BOQ, tendering process , evaluate, execution supervision, continuous monitoring and follow up including variations and change management approval till completion and handover. Communication includes meetings, monthly /quarterly reports with stockholders.

As a member of a PMC team who worked for Power upgrade projects at Zirku Island-UZ750 in AD where I Have achieved the successful delivery pre commissioning for 5 GE frame 5 GTGs in addtion to WHRU, switchgears , etc.. to upgrade the power system in Zirku island-ADNOC offshore facility. The role was to lead EPC contractors' (ABB as main) during engineering & procurement in Milan/Italy moving to construction, completions and handover while to Ensure that client (ZADCO/ADNOC) specifications well understood, implemented by contractors and verify that contractors adhere to PEP, PQP, safety, quality, & integrity are strongly maintained. This includes participation in technical Audits during All EPC phases, KOMs, Pre inspection Meetings,etc.

During that Period I have Worked on two assignments in prrallel between Oman & Jordan in the consortium as a completion and handover for two projects :

- for Morganti (CCC) : worked as a completion and handover Engineer in As samrara water treatment plant- in az zarqa –phase 2 , plant produces almost all of its operating power, through biogas from sludge digestion & electricity from hydroelectric turbine contract to expand the plant and carry out operations until 2037. The plant's capacity was extended from 267,000 to 364,000 m3 /day (+37%), making it the largest and most modern wastewater treatment plant in the country. The biosolids line was expanded by 80%. For each phase, a portion of the CAPEX is funded by a US grant, to maintain tariffs at an affordable level.

- For Wood Group : worked as technical Assurance & Completion Engineer @ PDO EMC South contract This was an >$ 4 Billion Self –managed EMC contract, as a client approved QA completions lead, the role was to supervise a team of 34 QC inspectors in addition to commissioning team for completions and commissioning Tasks for

brownfield and green field projects, shutdowns and integrity jobs. delivery for Storage terminals and tanks , gathering stations, linepipes,etc mechanical completions , pre commissioning , commissioning and handing over to PDO at Marmul & Harweel (High sour oil fields) .

This was an EPCM contract worked with SNC Lavalin team Through TÜO GMbH-Jordan for Sulphuric / phosphoric acid complex including utilities and a power plant, My role was to supervise a team of Quality engineers (civil, mechanical ,E&I ) who monitors contractors activities and ensure the clients standards implementation according to the approved PQP and other procedures by providing the more efficient onsite construction. we we have achieved :

58 welders qualifications , training for the local contractors team how to implement a quality deliverables.

This was an EPCM contract I Worked with TECHNO Group - main contractor EPC- for construction of SVCC new Cement Production Plant at Bani Suwif -EGYPT /Capacity: 1.5 million tons/year. Job includes a several surveillance visits to main vendors and suppliers in different locations like alexandria , turkey & china . Site HSSEQ and compliance which was very challenging role.

Madar as an ARAMCO approved inspection and 3rd party agency ) I had represented Clients such as Aramco, SABIC, YNSAB,YANBT ,QATALUM, as a QA Engineer who monitors multidiscipline resident inspectors and expediters who are looking after QC and inspections activities in the workshops. PIM and KOM attendance in addition to discuss the approved ITP at vendors' premises (Static equipment's, valves ,steel structure, GRE, cabinets, control

worked part of team for Assessing and monitoring company's quality management systems against ISO 9001:2000 and ensuring the quality management system suitability, adequacy and effectiveness, review of quality plans, NDE & other quality related procedures and documents, Planning audit schedules, notifying auditee, preparing audit check lists, participating in quality audits, preparing audit reports and following up Corrective Actions, PA etc

Within fresh Graduate scheme I've joined JOPETROL Fresh Engineers training program closely with the asset integrity and inspection Dept., Maintenance department and operations. Monitor e effectiveness of asset integrity programs those processes and procedures required to assure integrity of the company assets throughout their Asset Lifecycle.
