Medical Examination

• Provides general outpatient services and other special services, including maternal and child health, control of non-communicable diseases as well as for hospital referrals.
• Performs medical examination of applicants for special hardship assistance, newly recruited staff, periodic medical examination of existing staff and extension beyond retirement; participates in medical boards and ratifies sick leaves for staff.

Management of the Health Center

• Manages the health center to which he/she is assigned, including organization of services, personnel supervision, supply management and reporting.
• Supervises the work of medical, nursing and para-medical staff in the health center to which he/she is assigned and evaluates their performance.
• Maintains relationships with local community and local authorities.
• Ensures availability of medicine and medical supplies in terms of quantity, quality and validity; oversees ordering and receipt of these items; raises survey reports for items which are not operational or expired and ensures the destruction process.
• Participates in on-the-job and in-service training of other staff in accordance with the approved plans.
• Performs such other duties as may be required.
• Improved patient outcomes and delivery of care through improved clinical quality processes.

• Educated patients on treatment options for various illnesses, collaborating with specialists to provide thorough education.
• Collaborated with nurses to triage and prioritize patients in high-pressure situations, making rapid and effective decisions.
• Designed individualized plans with patients for various illnesses, working closely with insurance companies, specialists and care providers for best-in-class treatments.
• Kept detailed records of medical conditions and histories to provide best-in-class and individualized care.
• Performed physical exams on patients, continuously communicating about patient needs and comfort levels.
• Diagnosed and treated patients suffering from chronic conditions including DM, HTN .
• Reviewed patient files and records, including allergies, problems, medications and immunization statuses.

• Reviewed medical testing requests to determine validity of diagnostic testing requests.
• Admitted and treated patients as part of hospital's 24-hour on-call services.
