• Experienced in providing holistic and direct patient care, administration of Medications as prescribed, frequent nursing assessment, interdisciplinary focused care for the patients, working alongside the physician towards the patient's needs, TPN, Chemotherapy, and other high alert medication administration, Blood transfusion, NGT and PEG tube feeding, Wound, and drains dressing, Folly's catheter insertion and frequent care, Glucose level monitoring, Vital signs monitoring, obtaining Blood, Urine, and wound culture as policy, deliver O2 therapy appropriately, insertion peripheral cannula for thin invisible veins patients, providing high quality CPR as quickly as possible as the last update of BLS, identifying early signs of deterioration and providing immediate intervention, obtaining ECG, Pre and post operation care, assisting physician with bedside procedures (LP, Bone marrow aspiration, chest tube insertion), providing patient and family education, and providing mortem care.
