  • Assist in developing new activities and explore new training materials to conduct training sessions for unaccompanied refugee minor program that includes analyzing the curriculum, updating outlines and compiling all related activities for the program.
  • Assist in overseeing CO childcare activities, including, if assigned, monitoring and guiding staff members providing childcare services, helping ensure childcare spaces are appropriate, adequate and well-maintained, training childcare staff members to conduct basic cultural orientation activities designed for children and monitoring the work of childcare staff members
  • Through oversight and quality check (QC) measures, verify any available database or CO record is updated as needed with CO-related content, including scheduling data and case updates
  • Provide supervisors with relevant information needed for regular reports on CO activities, including program narratives and statistical reports
  • Prepare and submit monthly program narrative and statistical reports on AUSCO activities to supervisor/s or AUSCO Regional Coordinator regularly
