Working as HSSE engineer at different project sites for 5 year and acting safety manager at company up to now.

Duties at construction sites and company:

* Making HSSE plans and submitting them to bids.

* Arranging a site visit to check all hazard and potential risk at site to create a site assessment plan and define an action plan.

* Preparing a safety plan and risk assessment to work in safe mode and make the necessary updates and follow up on its implementation.

*Making suitable plan to work at height.  Developing a safety policy, safety goals and objectives, and developing the necessary plans for its implementation.

*Coordinating and conducting internal audits for all company departments or projects .

*Making job safety analysis for each step of work.  Preparing necessary documents for all safety matters.

* Applying all safety requirements as per Jordanian regulations and law or international codes as OSHA, IFC &HSE Executive.

* Full supervision of the site to ensure that our safety plan gets implemented.

*Taking the proper action and making investigation once any accident or near miss happened.

*Making preventive action for any accident happened (CAPA report) *Participating in the ISO Audit of Environment and Safety OHSAS (ISO 14001 And 45001)

*Making annual statistics of the severity and frequency of injuries KPI.

* Creating training packages and give the necessary lectures to raise awareness and spread the culture of safety

• Responsible for Safety and health, Security, Maintenance and Cleanliness.

• Call center agent, working within inbound team and outbound team.
