I graduated from the University of Jordan with a very good grade in social work. I have many volunteering experiences at this field in a several Governments, Local and Global organizations, Social Work allowed me to improve my skills and personality. And I have a very good work experience in a call center for two years, working from home nor at the company, and working in the call center field helped me to develop my skills more and more.

I had a great opportunity to be a volunteer in many of different Governmental, civil, and private organizations that helped me directly and indirectly polishing my skills, I have a volunteer certificate from:
