• Prepare and work on BPM workflow project with the vendor.
• Work with the vendor on implementing ICS Retail Mobile.

• Addressing the existing problems in the banking system and assign it to the team
• Deploy new features on Sanabel saving product .

Responsible for a team that work on the below products

- Discounted Bills - Micro Finance - Clearing Bills - Salary Advance - Hire Purchase -Account Hunting - Memo Margin , Bulk Salary by:

• Confirming that the developed work meet the Bank needs. Making an enhancement with assessment for team work. Verifying work integrity and accuracy.
• Verifying releasing work and business document completeness. Handling all release testing.
• Providing Support for Bank site Implementing the work at Bank site. Preparing Training material
• Training on Bank Site for employees.
• Following up with any problem issued by Bank site.
• Answering customer calls, emails, addressing customer inquiries, solving problems and providing new product setup implementation.

• Analyzing the required business provided from Bank side & Business Owners
• Designing the business demands in order to be processed by our team
• Participating in Data migration for several Banks and make health check for the migrated data
• Performing overviews of the financial operations of a business in order to make it run efficiently
• Training on the modified business modules
• Reporting Financial account information
• Working in Development life cycle (Gap Analysis, Data Migration, Business Implementation & Training)

• Working on Different Islamic Financial Modules: Murabaha - Ijarah - Istisna'a - Profit Sharing -Mudaraba -Musharaka Fixed Asset and Qard Hasan by: Designing the new requirement layout Developing and program the business on forms, reports and database procedures Releasing the work on Document and User manual Testing simulation on the new published banking modules Delivering the work to Testing Department (Phase2) Documenting the financial transactions for customer accounts
