I am an experienced peacebuilding advisor with 14 years of implementing, monitoring, and evaluating peacebuilding and conflict transformation work in and outside Nepal. Proficient in research who conducted independent research in Jordan and other countries, collected data from various sources and tools, analyzed the collected data, and developed peacebuilding and conflict prevention strategies. Competent in developing training manuals, and facilitation developed a half dozen manuals, trained 3000+ youth and women, and CSO members, monitored a dozen more projects, and produced reports. I am a calm, reliable, and committed peace professional with a high level of passion for contributing a deeper level of research, analysis, and studies of peacebuilding, disarmament, arms control, and violence prevention, and I have expertise in project management, research, and analysis, meetings/ conference facilitation and producing analysis papers in addition to several others.

  • Coordinated and collaborated with the Ministry of Peace and Reconstruction to collect, update, and manage the data on conflict victims, budget planning, and implemented a dozen projects
  • Led assessment and review of the context of the most conflict-affected district and addressed the identified issues with the corrective project actions
  • Led the formation of 26 peace mechanisms, developed capacity-building training, and trained one hundred members of the mechanisms on conflict resolution and conflict prevention.
