A joint venture between Arail and Hitachi, acting as the main contractor. Hitachi is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the APM Train, while Arail is responsible for operation and maintenance of the associated campus facilities.

• Led the Low Current Systems department, covering operation and maintenance of Fire Alarm, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, and Master Clock systems.
• Managed planning, resource allocation, and technical supervision for low current systems.
• Oversee implementation of Unplanned and Planned maintenance plans to ensure system reliability and lifecycle efficiency.
• Directed the FM team in coordination with the O&M Manager, ensuring alignment across departments and smooth daily operations.
• Participated in high-level coordination with the client, consultants, and JV partner on operational strategies, reporting, and system enhancements.
