  • Worked closely with the CEO on investment fundraising process and successfully secured AED 40,000,000 million investment for Lincoln Holding.
  • Worked closely with the CEO on developing Lincoln Holding expansion strategy.
  • Grew the Franchise Network by signing 5 master franchises agreements and 3 single unit agreements.
  • Successfully executed La Serre brand Set-up in line with brand standards, operations, and marketing requirements in 2 new markets (Cairo & Doha) and 3 new territories in UAE.
  • Key point of contact to lead, align, develop, and improve the operational and commercial relationships with all franchisees and operators.
  • Created a centralized communication department with all internal departments and franchise partners to ensure all brand guideline, operating procedures and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards.
  • Led, and grew the role of 3 key departments (Business Development, Franchise Management and Projects Management) to drive Lincoln Holding business plan growth efforts.
