Nuwar Al Share is a B 787 Captain .Former Line Check Captain, Director of Flight Operations for the Boeing 787, Safety Management System, and Emergency Response Plan at the Corporate Safety Department. He is a Crew Recourse Management (CRM) and Safety Management System (SMS) lecturer.

A firm believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, he regularly helps employees better understand the culture for an effective reporting system. He believes communication abilities can bring a change. Also, he specializes in safety hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety assurance.

This personal project will allow me to apply and enhance my expertise in this field by creating a dynamic and educational tool. The game is designed to simulate real-life CRM scenarios, encouraging strategic thinking, teamwork, and effective decision-making.
