• Serve as main point of contact with relevant stakeholders including foreign embassies, government agencies, national institutions, and international missions and donors.
• Serve as focal point with United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) to ensure Center’s proper participation in various human rights mechanisms within its Consultative Status with United Nations Economic and Social Council.
• Supervise and monitor a team of project coordinators working on different projects through the provision of individual consultation, guidance and instructions.
• Lead the project coordinators team through project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking projects plans.
• Develop detailed projects action plans to track projects progress and submit periodic donor narrative reports.
• Organize and coordinate workshops, conferences and forums on both regional and international levels.

Role description: I have been appointed as the Logistics Coordinator for the Jordanian Civic Coalition for United Nations International Mechanisms. I work closely with the Coalition's Coordinator and played a vital role in the participation of the Jordanian delegation in the 45th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council Universal Periodic Review (UPR) mechanism, which took place in Geneva in January 2024, and I perform/ed the following duties:

• Organize and coordinate consultative meetings between relevant stakeholders, such as Government Coordinator for Human Rights, foreign embassies, international organizations, other coalitions, national institutions, and Coalition's 32 civil society organizations.
• Coordinate information meetings between the Jordanian delegation in Geneva and international missions to United Nations on the UPR process in Jordan.
• Organize and supervise training workshops that target local civil society organizations and national institutions.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
• Maintain proper documentation.

• Create work plans with time frames and design monitoring procedures to implement project activities.
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, and prepare and distribute well-structured meeting minutes.
• Organize, coordinate and oversee Center's activities and events.
• Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual projects progress reports.
• Provide accurate translations of texts from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Proofread, revise, and edit written and translated materials in English and Arabic.
• Perform administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks when needed.

• • Scan and monitor newspapers, television, radio, and the internet for news items.
• Create and submit concise reports and summaries, on key stories, such as incisive assessments and evaluations.
• Compose and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Translate news and information received from various sources, including books, documentaries, and columns, and scripts.
• Proofread and edit documents prior to submission.
• Compile daily newsletters.
