• Representing the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group of Companies before the court in every matter related to the group's cases and following the implementation of rulings issued by the competent authorities.
• Establishing and registering new companies with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and related authorities.
• Provide legal advice on company laws and labor laws for the group of companies of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group.
• Following the process on private judicial cases before the submission to the Jordanian Supreme Court, such as challenging the decision to acquire the Greater Amman Municipality.
• Following the process of legal issues related to intellectual property rights, business litigation, and business issues for the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group of Companies.
• Following in opposition prevention cases, cancellations, infringements, and unfair competition claims.
• Providing Professional legal advice, clarification, and legal needs on managing the group of companies in issues related to business and providing effective manners to ensure the compliance with the legal aspects to maintain and protect the group position legally with the best of results and consequences
• Following the legal departments lawyer’s performance to take legal procedures and measure in all Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group cases
• Provide technical and legal advices to Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group regarding their work performance of the management legally dispute the ceases followed
• Managing legal work and ensure the work is complete accurately, effected and in time manner
• Monitor the Court Cases Departments Financial processing needs and provide the financial department with related payments receipts
• Prepare, review and audit contracts and agreements before sign up by the group of companies with related legal notes and approvals before signing contracts and agreements
• Provide legal support and recommendation for Human resource departments for employees contracts, policies, and procedure of HR performance for Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group
• Participate and provide recommendation and legal notes in internal investigation commitments for Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group

• Company clients' compensation cases.
• Negotiation cases process with creditors (compensations cases attorney/government and semi government agencies)
• Submit periodic reports to the Insurance Department of the Ministry
• Follow up Liquidation process with government, semi governments and private sector
• Participation, take decision in soliciting quotations and bids submitted by legal accounting firm to prepare budgets and financial testaments and audit the liquidation company
• Supervision and follow up the work with the department of the liquidation company
• Follow up in all legal and financial procedure with the relevant authority, such as the tax resulting from liquidation at the Greater Amman Municipality
• Follow up negotiations with the liquidation service provider and review their agreements before signing them by the liquidation company
• Follow up the real estate appraisal operations and the company’s real estate operations for the purpose of paying the liquidation company accounts and providing legal advice
• Approval of payments of the financial dues (salaries, expenses etc.)
