  • System Sustainability: Through working with various stakeholders from Finance, Supply chain, IT and Transformation delivery team, one of the main accountabilities is to ensure performance sustainability for the current Financial Management system (UNIT4).
  • System Improvements: being the key person to receive feedback from business, writing user stories for the development request and prioritizing the dev requests through working with the Scrum Master, supporting on related and leading on related testing (Functional and UAT) “being the owner for the system Improvements RoadMap”.
  • System Transition: Leading on working stream during the Pre-design and design phase while SCI transitioning from the current FMS system (UNIT4) to the new FMS (Oracle) and working closely with the business stakeholders and the implementing partner throughout this Journey.
  • Being a key member of Major Incident group to lead on the coordination peace between Business and IT which includes communications, building plans and milestones, close monitoring for the system performance, take the needed decision after detailed assessment with the IT colleagues. also being a key member of the Data Governance group.

  • Temporary leading on 2024 Year end closing for 3 regional offices (MENAEE, WCA and Asia) during the transition for the new structure (from Jan till May 2025), this includes the financial closing for those 3 regional offices, support staff located in those locations by processing their Salaries, Time sheet and processing their financial claims.
  • Being the lead globally in reducing 70% of Auto Accrual globally where it hit the financial ledger in 2023 Year closing and it was one of the top priorities for the organization.
  • Leading globally on improving Payment performance KPI from being 65% in average before 2024, to having it being at 80% average during 2024.
  • Leading on identifying and recovered over $400,000 in duplicate payments (before 2024) made to suppliers through detailed analysis and reconciliation efforts.
  • Improving the response time agreed in the SLA with over 50+ country office and coming with regular engagements with targeted country offices with performance challenges which lead to improving documentation quality and adhere to supplier payment terms and mitigate reputational risk.
  • Managing +9 team members within the global account payable team who are supporting +50 country offices in more than 10K Financial transactions / Yearly (International Payment request for Suppliers and Partners).
  • Developing RoadMap for the system & business improvements which include cross functional working with Business (Finance, operations, Awards, Supply chain) and with IT teams (Developers, Testing team, Infrastructure and L1 support team).
  • Establish Champions Network and community of Practice. Create a very clear and detailed user guide (Scheme of Delegations, Managing Accrual process, Q&A document).

Finance Transformation Manager for MENAEE region / Global Training Lead

  • Leading on developing online training content for two Projects (New coding model & Account Payable model).
  • Supporting MENAEE Country offices from the pre-kick off stage till we finalize the hyper care support period during implementations for the new project (New Coding model / Source to Paye system). This will include:
  • Lead the coding kick-off calls and engagements with COs stakeholders, this includes gathering feedback about pain point and Automation opportunity that can support the design for the new projects.
  • Lead on the Technical activities required from the country offices as prerequisites to the New HPO Projects, this includes data quality check on the content provided from CO’s.
  • Support country offices in completing the UAT.
  • Engagement and Training for the new HPO projects which include Post goes live support.
  • Lesson learned session and action Plan, that will feed in the project team for the coming waves in the implementation and coming projects in Pipelines.
