Station Manager

- Ensure the correct application of the TOTAL Food Safety rules and guides as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of Hygiene controls and their registration
- Ensure the traceability of the products distributed and / or produced within the station
- Ensure the food safety training of the station staff
- Alert in case of significant incident related to Food Hygiene and react when requesting a withdrawal / recall
Check station wet and dry stocks on daily basis and validate the quantities
- Validate the station sales and make sure the cash matches the sales volume (no discrepancies are accepted)
- Deposit the cash in Brinks sack and seal it and make sure to be picked by authorized brinks staff on daily basis
Attend money counting in the bank if applicable
- Check the station in terms of HSEQ; for example fire alarm, water reservoir, extinguishers, product quality, first Aid box ..... etc.
- Train and coach the staff to excel the operations and comply with Total norms and procedures
- Collecting customers feedback via distributing customer satisfaction forms and send to the HO on monthly basis every 1st of each month
- Reporting Near misses through the NCR forms once needed / promptly
- To be available at the station in peak hours
- Responsible for station cleanliness, staff appearance and all issues or aspects related to Total norms and standards
- Filling the daily check list and keep a record on the station
Validate the staff available to maintain the set headcount
Meet the station objective sand track the set KPI's
- Reporting all maintenance issues promptly to the RI's
Sig and seal the sales reports generated by the POS and send it to the HO Day+1 by max
Competitor checks at least once quarterly
- Build rapport and bonds with stakeholders and neighbors
Open new sales channels through corporate accounts and local marketing activities
Implement all Total's instructions; i.e. raining days procedure, water check .... etc.
Checking the expiry of all dry products and implement FIFO on the shops and report all near expiry products 2 months in a advance to the SFS team
Prepare SFS purchase requests every week before Saturday
Settle all invoices and delivery notes on POS promptly and send the hard/ original copies to the HO maximum by 48
