• Engaged in reviewing and re-assess a strategic proposed investment valued plus 200 million U.S. dollars in its pre-feasibility stage by measuring the ability of the investment to compete under precarious circumstances.

• Conducting due diligence on potential investments and presenting findings to management.

• Analyzed the maritime logistics market and recommended hedging against a probable freight rate boom, resulting in a positive saving of +5% of transportation costs of JOD 58.7 million in 2021.
• Contributed to valuing a potential M&A transaction. The value targeted range was made using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, ـــ the terminal value was calculated using Exit multiple.
