Project: Construction and operation of the Karak Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project involves building a new wastewater treatment plant for Karak city, located in southern Jordan, with a full capacity of 8,500 cubic meters per day.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and follow up on site activities, including construction works.
• Manage equipment ordering and mechanical installations.
• Supervise electrical works and prepare for electric panel testing.
• Prepare method statements for starting up and testing plant equipment.
• Prepare for pre-commissioning and commissioning of plant equipment.
• Prepare and order materials take-off lists.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers to resolve issues during commissioning.
• Manage operation and maintenance of the plant, including preparing routine and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Communicating with all parties, and report to managers, directors, and clients.
• Supervise dismantling, repair, and reinstallation of plant equipment.

Project:

Construction and operation of the Mafraq Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project involves building a new wastewater treatment plant for Mafraq city, located in eastern Jordan, with a full capacity of 15,000 cubic meters per day.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on-site work and supervise construction process.
• Supervise all mechanical works and equipment installations.
• Prepare and modify operation and maintenance manuals.
• Prepare materials and procurement lists, deal with suppliers, and manage materials quantity take-off and equipment receiving and inspecting.
• Write reports, prepare method statements, and compile technical data.
• Install, test, and commission various mechanical systems and equipment.
• Start up the plant and ensure the treatment operation functions properly.
• Serve as Operation and Maintenance Manager of Mafraq Plant from April 1, 2014, to February 1, 2017.
• Prepare and follow up on routine and preventative maintenance plans and schedules for plant equipment.
• Supervise dismantling, repairing, and reinstalling of plant equipment.
• Train WAJ operation staff on water treatment processes and on the operation and maintenance of plant equipment.

Project:

Installation of a new aircraft fuel hydrant system at Queen Alia International Airport. This project involves constructing a jet fuel hydrant network to deliver Jet A1 fuel from storage tanks to aircraft parking positions at the north and south aprons of the airport.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the construction and installation of the fuel hydrant system.
• Manage welding operations and related tasks, including radiographic and magnetic particle testing of welding joints.
• Supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as holiday coating tests and hydrostatic tests.
• Oversee the execution of shop drawings and monitor mechanical works on-site.
• Prepare reports, technical data, and method statements.
• Plan project activities and oversee the receiving and inspection of materials and equipment.
