• Paramedic diploma instructor: Teach and mentor paramedic students , developing and deliver lesson plans and training materials, evaluate student performance.

• Tactical Medic Instructor: Teach and mentor law enforcement and military personnel in tactical medicine concepts and skills, develop and deliver lessonplans and training materials, design realistic training scenarios
• AHA Courses Instructor (BLS, ACLS, PALS): Teach and mentor healthcare providers in American Heart Association courses, develop and deliver lesson plans and training materials, design simulation scenarios.
• ATCN Instructor: Teach and mentor nurses in Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) courses, develop and deliver lesson plans and training materials, design simulation scenarios

Additional roles:

• Public Relations and Marketing Officer: Communicate with various sectors, facilitate effective communication
• Liaison officer with Monash University: Liaison Officer, facilitating collaboration and communication between NEMSEC and Monash University, resulting in the integration of training courses and the accreditation of NEMSEC by Monash University.
• Audits and Quality Assurance: Review and audit emergency medical protocols, collaborate with quality assurance teams, participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees.
• Representative of NEMSEC with ARMET (Australasian Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians): fostered collaboration and knowledge exchange between the two organizations. By aligning training programs and certification standards, I facilitated the recognition of NEMSEC by ARMET, enabling graduates to obtain internationally recognized certifications.

1. Patient Care Oversight and Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of patient care, compliance with protocols, and continuous quality improvement during air medical transport.

2. Team Leadership and Clinical Supervision: Lead and manage the paramedic team, oversee clinical practices, and provide ongoing training and skill assessments.

3. Education and Mentorship :Develop and deliver training programs, conduct simulation exercises, and mentor staff to maintain competence and preparedness for emergency scenarios.

Key responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide direct patient care in a busy emergency department, including rapid assessment, stabilization, triaging, and administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

2. Collaboration and Supervision: Supervise staff, collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, and perform emergency procedures while ensuring infection control and resource management.

3. Patient and Family Communication: Communicate with patients and families to offer education, emotional support, and discharge planning, while accurately documenting all care activities and interventions.

4. Code blue team member:

• Respond to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrests and respiratory distress, as part of a team of healthcare professionals.
• Provide advanced life support interventions, such as intubation and defibrillation.
• Assist with post-resuscitation care and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and education related to emergency response.

Key responsibilities :
