  • Monitor the situation in the AoR, collect data and other information relevant to UNHCR and report to the supervisor accordingly.

  • Contribute to the enhancement and improvement of the protection situation of the refugees in Azraq Field Office through monitoring the delivery of services and timely referral of refugee concerns to the appropriate partners to ensure that refugees' needs are promptly met.
  • Manage the digitization of cash assistance payments from a cash-in-hand modality to a more dignified way through mobile wallet transfers and/or virtual accounts through Cairo Amman Bank as an implemented financial service provider (FSP).
  • Expanded the financial inclusion opportunities for the UNHCR Azraq camp in coordination with the CBI program.
  • Review the partnership agreements covering Outcome Area 8. Well-Being and Basic Needs activities, which include beneficiary identification, distribution, and post-distribution monitoring, and provide feedback and comments as necessary to ensure good quality implementation for the basic need programs.
  • Prepare the end-of-year report and provide the required figures and narratives to address achievements and challenges.
  • Carry out periodic visits to the distribution sites of the partners.
  • Extract and analyze Data from the partner's reports, distribution lists, or any relevant data sources to prepare and include on the monthly UNHCR Field Office SITREP.
  • Ensure follow-up with cash and NFI partners on RAIS, including a record of cash assistance and use of referrals.
  • Coordinate with the UNHCR Programme Unit as well as the NRC as the NFI's distribution partner and ensure that all operational procedures in the monetization SOPs are coherently applied in accordance with UNHCR's policy.
  • Participate in MFT program monitoring visits to NRC as a shelter partner, CARE International as a community partner, and NHF as a disability partner.
  • Participate in project validation exercises for the partner's performance on the cash and CRIs indicators.
  • Participated in the internal audit mission to Azraq camp, including the NRC, the NFIs/cash assistance partner, and the audit visit to NHF.
  • Prepare the seasonal and annual projection plan for winterization as well as NFIs ad-hoc distributions.
  • On community engagement, I actively engaged and built trust with the different community structures in the camp, including refugee representatives, women groups, youth groups, disabled and elderly persons, etc.
