Planning, designing, and scheduling project phases to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality and safety standards. Fostering strong team communication to ensure collaboration and successful project execution.

Managing project timelines by setting plans, tracking deadlines, and adjusting workflows to ensure on-time delivery. Overseeing project budgets, log frames, and indicators to ensure alignment with goals. Leading projects from initiation to completion, prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and managing deliverables. Coordinated and organized Training of Trainers (ToT) workshops in collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring effective training delivery. Assessed trainer performance, designed and customized training materials, and identified training needs to align with project objectives. Facilitated induction sessions, monitored training effectiveness, and made adjustments to enhance program success. Stayed updated on training trends and best practices to develop comprehensive programs that boosted employee productivity and morale, while fostering cross-training opportunities for team collaboration.

Led multiple projects focused on empowering women and refugees through vocational training and business development. Managed project planning, budgeting, logistics, and the development of project frameworks, including log frames and indicators. Coordinated training workshops, events, and graduation ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery and Achieving project deliverables by establishing home-based businesses, following up with beneficiaries, and connecting them with key stakeholders and the local ecosystem.

Key projects included the Bina' Project (in partnership with UNHCR) supporting Syrian and Jordanian women in plumbing and home maintenance, Vocational Entrepreneurship for Women (in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism), and the Microenterprise Development Project (in partnership with JICA), which focused on enhancing the livelihoods of Syrian, Palestinian, and Jordanian entrepreneurs. Additionally, leading the Social Stability and Resilient Livelihoods Project (with FAO) and the Hands-on Skills Exchange (with UNDP) to train refugees and Jordanians in vocational skills.

Coordinating BDC Youth Programs and SME training initiatives, including "Maharat", "Sanad", and the BADER Life Vocational Entrepreneurship Program. Managing the implementation process in coordination with senior project directors, overseeing operations, and monitoring and evaluating progress. Leading matchmaking between participants’ skills and job vacancies and analyzing employment opportunities to support job placement.
