My professional journey centers on the dynamic political, innovative, and socio-cultural landscape of Development in Jordan and the broader region. Through diverse roles and projects, I have consistently developed programs that championed innovation and transformation, contributing to the growth of the local creative economy. As a researcher and mapping expert, I have demonstrated my ability to monitor, evaluate, and drive forward innovative creative tools while supporting and guiding communities. I have successfully placed communities at the center of research and mapping activities by prototyping, testing, and building implementation plans with tracking measures, financial modeling, and growth expectations. My strong consultative skills enable effective collaboration with key stakeholders, including donors, project representatives, construction workers, and builders, to set direction and lead cross-functional implementation teams.

My proficiency in mapping projects has evolved through various initiatives spanning different scales and contexts. Commencing in 2014 with "Mapping Jabal Al Natheef," a project aimed at documenting the physical and social aspects of informal settlements, my involvement expanded to mapping the intricate local and regional crafts and design scenes in Jordan, Syria, and Palestine for multiple cycles of Amman Design Week (2017-2019). Subsequently, I served as the technical consultant for the GIZ HEROES projects, conducting mapping, analysis, and participatory action research guidelines for access to education for Syrian refugees in Jordan. Additionally, I contributed to the research consulting team for the Jordan Pavilion's official entry to Dubai EXPO 2020, mapping the prevailing creative landscape in Jordan and highlighting the evolving potential of our creative industries on an international stage. Most recently, I served as the cultural and creative consultant for Takween, curating and managing Designfold, a conference focused on exploring women's education, training methodologies, and understanding the successful impact of design as a vital economic driver for the creative industries. In conclusion, I possess the ability to manage, organize, design, and produce studies, reports, workshops, and exhibitions in the fields of design and creativity, formal and informal education, alternative economy, social and cultural projects, innovation, and sustainability. Moreover, I excel in developing generative tools and engagement methods to analyze projects related to improving local communities through the revival of culture, with a special focus on sustainability, alternative economy, and the empowerment of women and youth.
