- Review the cash deposit from point of sales and review the general cashier deposit in the bank to ensure that all the cash and currency deposit in the bank correctly then issue the daily cashier summary report.
- Review all the paid outs and refunds and check the registration cards for the guests and shins.
- Maintain all the new codes which open by front office manager and sales manager to ensure that all new codes mapped correctly.
- Review all the rooms prices and food $ beverage and make compare between the menus and sales system.
- Supervises Accounts Department in the absence of Assistant Financial Controller.
- Assist credit manager in following up skipper accounts making report and checking the walk in.
- Assist credit manager in collecting payment from guest ledger.
- Key in Approved Guarantee Letters, Obtain Credit Card Approval for account over floor Limit.
- Make progress report to the Credit Manager for follow up of unpaid overdue accounts: Recommend account for cash basis.
- Send reminders .massages to selected overdue accounts and make necessary contact.
- Ensure payments are made on timely basis as notified on purchase order (P.O) or contracts.
- Review all the purchasing transaction, the purchase order, the invoices, the authorization signatures (Approvals) and ensure that all purchasing transaction done correctly.
