Duties and Responsibilities:.

• Recommend changes in plant layout, production process and manpower requirements.
• Contribute to the improvement of factory efficiency by developing renewal and substitution plans in collaboration with maintenance and branch managers, establishing development procedures and scenarios, conducting studies to evaluate these procedures, and developing work plans to implement these procedures.
• Worked in matrix management environment with oversight of division level managers, operations, sales, finance, human resources, safety and compliance.
• Prepare annual production plans and co-ordinate execution of production schedules based on sales requirements, plant capacity and inventory.
• Supervise daily quality control sampling of aggregate properties and record results appropriately.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure realization of targets.
• Manage and control the resources of the plant so as to meet production deadlines in accordance with specifications, with maximum levels of efficiency and quality, and within budget

• Apply statistical or mathematical calculations.
• Maintaining the quality per the standards and minimize cost.
• Helping in making production layouts maximum efficiency.
• Reviewing production schedules.
