University of Jordan Hospital- Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, 2021-09, 2021-10:

In September 2021, during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I volunteered under the supervision of the clinical pharmacist staff at the University of Jordan Hospital to organize a prostate cancer awareness campaign together with other healthcare professionals and peers. We educated male patients over the age of 50 about prostate cancer, including its risk factors and prevention strategies., We also mentioned Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia BPH and distributed brochures detailing non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatment options, as well as steps to help patients mitigate the side effects of its medications. This experience enhanced my communication and teamwork skills while contributing to patient education and public health awareness.

University of Jordan Hospital - Inhalers education ; Respiratory Clinic:

I used to educate asthmatic and COPD patients in the respiratory clinic and pharmacy on the correct use of inhalers, including proper techniques for administration and maintenance. This involved providing educational materials and hands-on demonstrations to enhance their understanding of how to use inhalers effectively.
