With a decade of experience in program management, successfully led more than 11 nationwide initiatives that have significantly contributed to both individual and economic development. Eager to apply extensive expertise to drive even greater results within a reputable organization.
During the past six years, I have been responsible for the design and management of SAMS health programs, including the medical center in Zaatari camp, the physical rehabilitation project, and the diabetes project, the total value of which exceeds 500,000 USD. This diversified portfolio requires strong management skills, and despite my lack of a medical and health background, I was able to lead the teams towards the successful achievement of project goals and objectives. Prior to my work with SAMS, I held the position of Project Coordinator for five years at the Business Development Center, where I led nationwide vocational employability and entrepreneurship programs. This entailed managing seven projects: Sanad Entrepreneurship and Vocational Education Project; Maharat Employability Project; Tariqi Employability Project; Sharaka Initiative, a dialog between the public and private sectors; Hands-on Technical Exchange Project, aimed to increase the social cohesion between refugees and host communities through skills exchange and business support; KAB Know About Business Project; ILO Project, aimed to support vocational education students to start their own business and initiatives related to awareness-raising and entrepreneurship sessions in schools, community colleges, universities, and communities. These projects have a combined budget of more than $7 million, impacting more than 23,000 beneficiaries. This success contributed to BDC receiving the “Best Partner Award” from the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship.
