As a dedicated medical doctor with a deep-rooted passion for psychiatry, I have been actively involved in mental health advocacy since my early years in medical school. My commitment materialized through the establishment of 'The Mental Health Club Jo' in Jordan during my fourth year, a pioneering initiative for emotional support and suicide prevention that continues to thrive. This experience, coupled with my rigorous medical training, has equipped me to effectively contribute to the treatment of psychological disorders. Following My graduation in 2022, I founded the Heart and Mind Office at the University of Jordan School of Medicine. This office provides medical students with mental health services.

- Founded in 2019 the Mental Health Club Jo started as a non profit project using different social media platforms , aiming to raise mental health awareness and fighting psychological disorders stigma in the Jordanian society.
- established an emotional support line where anyone can call and get help by trained befriending providers.

- my role as a founder includes supervision over our team of volunteers from content creation to emotional support and referral services.
