• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions e.g. AR, AP, GL, Fixed Asset, Costing, and taxes.
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Supervise the employee’s payroll before disbursing it to employees
• Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
• Supervising the evidence of all financial movements related to warehouses, monitoring the movement of goods,
inventory operations, differences, and stock adjustments.
• Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Managing and developing operations related to accounts payable and accounts receivable and setting the best
policies and procedures for controlling and sufficiency on them.
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Ensure Risk Management procedures based on the Group Corporate Governance and Risk Management policies
