As a Project Manager with Inclusion International, I am dedicated to advancing the rights of persons with disabilities, particularly in the areas of deinstitutionalization and inclusive community development. My work focuses on empowering self-advocates, strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations, and supporting governments in implementing the UNCRPD and sustainable development goals (SDGs).

I lead initiatives that ensuring that individuals with intellectual disabilities have the support they need to live independently and be fully included in their communities. This includes policy advocacy, training programs, stakeholder engagement, and create sustainable, community-based services.

I am passionate about creating meaningful impact through evidence-based strategies, self-advocacy networks, and collaborative solutions that promote equal opportunities and dignity for all.

Managed the planning, implementation, and budgeting of Early Childhood Development (ECD) projects, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and financial forecasts.
