My work as a Business Advisor falls under the IQLAA Program, funded by the U.S. Embassy, which aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in developing their business skills. My role includes visiting SMEs and providing them with the necessary assistance according to their field of work.
We conduct two-and-a-half-hour meetings to identify their business needs and determine the tools required for their development. I then prepare a detailed company report and needs analysis, recommending relevant training courses or suitable programs based on the nature of their business—such as accounting or HR systems. and provides them with there need funded by IQLAA Program.
Additionally, I submit detailed monthly and annual reports to both the organization’s management and the IQLAA Project team.

Project Manager - Women Future Cities, Jordan
The Women of Future Cities Organization began its operations in May 2025 and was officially registered in Jordan in July 2025.
I volunteered with the organization as a Project Manager, specifically for the initiative carried out under Global Entrepreneurship Week. My responsibilities included coordinating trainers’ workshops, managing the team’s work, and ensuring the success of all training sessions. We successfully completed 120 registered training sessions under the Global Entrepreneurship Week activities.
My work with this organization was entirely on a voluntary basis.
