• Planning Monitoring and Evaluation of project/ programs ( designing logframes , Indicators Plans, Evaluations , Assessments)
• Working with quantitative and qualitative data ( Survey designs , Sampling , and data Analysis ) Ability to manage Quantitative data
• Familiar with MS Office Software ( Excel / Word / Power point )
• Conduct the required dashboards using excel , PowerBI and PMERL System

• ACF - Joining to the Safeguarding team as safeguarding focal points with main tasks involved the coordinate safeguarding training for staff, partners, and volunteers, ensuring inclusion in recruitment and induction processes, Serve as the main contact for safeguarding inquiries and feedback from staff, beneficiaries, and partners and Support the contextualization and distribution of safeguarding materials, and act as a focal point for reporting concerns
• Plan International - Joining to the Staff committee member as acting focal point for coming up with many creative ideas during international days related to the activities and interests of the organization and the activities held, and at the same time organizing the participation of colleagues on their special occasions and birthdays to enhance team spirit and participation and increase acquaintance among colleagues

Youth activists - participate in many local and volunteer programs and activities, among which the most important are:

• Youth Government Project is a program implemented by The Political Institute for the preparation of youth leaders. It is a national youth umbrella implemented by the Ministry of Youth with ideas, programs, projects and young cadres of youth and youth in partnership with them, in addition to partnerships with a number of ministries and partner institutions concerned with the involvement of young people in public life and activating their role in the decision-making process

Audio Commentator - Follow the recording of audiobooks, children's stories, documentaries, and news, and start podcasts and my works:

• Adam Media and Training Center :- as volunteered I recorded an audiobook and made many documentaries.
• Annaja7 Radio :- as volunteered record audiobooks, and provide voice training to colleagues
