- Coordinating all technical issues with the relevant departments and maintain optimal workflow, effective link between the Operational and Engineering team, Projects team & Contractors, offering a high level of technical support and providing technical feedback in all engineering related activities.
- First entry point for all technical problems & Faults returned by operation, authorities, airlines, customers, and the direct coordinator for maintenance works throw all airports facilities.
- Undertaking inspections on building repairs/defects related to the building fabric, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical repairs, measurements, and tests.
- Leading maintenance teams during shifts in terms of downtime windows, KPI adherence and risks moving forward, Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Reporting, Receiving, forwarding, and following up the technical remarks and complaints to the relevant technical departments.
- Setting up required meetings throughout the day with the correct level of detail to insure a proper coordination between maintenance departments.
- Ensuring work tickets are entered on completion of work into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) including entering any follow-up work that needs to be scheduled.
- Prioritizing engineering tasks (corrective, preventive & new installations) to ensure airports facilities availability, covering all airport areas (landside, airside & terminal).
- Monitoring & Supervising over all maintenance departments through several workstations including High Voltage, Low Voltage, Baggage Handling System (BHS), Electromechanical, Civil Engineering, Firefighting, Building Management System (BMS), Integrated Aircraft Stand System (IASS), Low Current, Airport Management System (AMS), CCTV, Elevators & Escalators.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve target results.
- Identifiying issues, analyzing information and providing solutions to problems.
- Creating Dashboards using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
