• The Child Welfare Program was implemented by the organization in pursuit of its strategy, which improves the livelihood of the sponsored children and their families.

• Data Management: Maintained current information regarding sponsored children through the globally used orphan management system, Alyateem, for accuracy in reports and individual records.

• Coordination and Communication: Provided coordination and support to internally and externally existing stakeholders for the rights of children/women, including financial distributions and seasonal projects.

• Awareness and Capacity Building: Organized awareness sessions on the rights of children/women and enhanced the capacity of guardians/communities to protect their rights.

• Reporting and Financial Operations: Prepared annual reports and ensured timely disbursement of sponsorship funds in compliance with the guidelines.

• Participated in and supported all other projects of the organization, including seasonal projects and initiatives related to the distribution of aid and financial assistance, home visitations, regular meetings with beneficiaries, and field surveys.


Managed the sponsorship and financial support for more than 4,000 children, which allowed for the timely issuance of funds and greatly improved housing conditions, education, and health. Additionally, it was responsible for leading awareness campaigns to empower families and the community, making them aware of the rights of children and women, and improving the protection process by increasing community involvement.
