Summary

I have 9 years of experience in educational administration, and while my jobs were not exactly in the examination field, I did support the UNO Test Center during a time when they needed help.

In my last job, the office I supervised was responsible for downloading the complete exam schedule from the central registry and scheduling all exams based on their needs. The variables were paper-based or computer-based, capacity, number of invigilators, and materials needed since exams were printed in-house,and disseminating all relevant information to students, exam proctors, support employees, and upper management.

Academic Services Supervisor

  • Job responsibilities included but were not limited to:
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the academic services department, and supervising all the duties and jobs assigned to it
  • Working closely with direct manager, department heads, and peer administrative directors to optimize academic operations
  • Using Banner Ellucian EPR to execute several academic activities, such as matriculation, admission, registration, and class scheduling
  • Accessing unified admission database through the Ministry of Education portal and downloading candidate lists, and thoroughly following up with candidates to ensure all admission documents are completed
  • Supervising the scheduling activities of classes, and publishing it in accordance with the academic calendar
  • Supervising, scheduling all activities related to final exams as per HCT policies, including exam material prep, proctor assignment, handling incidents, processing make-up exam requests… etc
