Role Overview:

As the Senior Instructional Designer Lead at JOacademy, I am responsible for spearheading the comprehensive digital transformation of the Saudi Arabia curriculum for grades 1 through 12. This role demands a strategic blend of project management, instructional design, recruitment, and leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of a robust e-learning platform that meets the highest educational standards.

• As a Senior Program Officer at IREX, I am a non-exempt professional dedicated to the successful implementation of the USAID Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan (PRESTIJ) Activity
• With a focus on the blended pre-service diploma, I lead the identification and coordination of the University Core Team, conduct orientations, and facilitate weekly meetings with both PRESTIJ and the university teams
• My role extends to performing gap analyses for technology infrastructure, collaborating with the procurement team for necessary equipment and software, and developing essential policies with the University Core Team

• Ensure implementation of dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly e-learning modules/lessons using Evolve, based on existing interactive lesson templates
