Strategic Head of Department responsible for Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Food Safety, Marketing, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), reporting directly to the General Manager. • Lead and oversee all EHS and Food Safety operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, Rotana brand standards, and international best practices.
• Manage the Marketing Department, aligning brand positioning, promotional activities, and guest engagement initiatives with hotel objectives.
• Implement and maintain HACCP, FSMS, and FIFO systems across all hotel kitchens, food production areas, and storage facilities to ensure food safety and full traceability.
• Lead and successfully complete ISO audits, achieving and maintaining ISO certification for the hotel.
• Lead Green Key sustainability audits, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and securing Green Key certification.
• Plan and execute CSR initiatives, promoting environmental responsibility, community engagement, and staff participation in sustainability programs.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance, responsible sourcing, and sustainable operational practices.
• Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and accident investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce incidents.
• Develop and enforce EHS and Food Safety policies, manuals, and procedures across all departments.
• Integrate safety, sustainability, CSR, and quality achievements into marketing communications to strengthen brand reputation and guest trust.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and embedding best practices across operations.
• Certified First Aider, ensuring health, safety readiness, and effective emergency response.

• Developed individualized meal plans for patients, considering their medical conditions and personal preferences.
• Maintained accurate documentation of patient information, including diet histories, assessment findings, and intervention plans.
