Planning & Implementation for WASH/Cash for rent /Cash for work /Renovation /FLEX /School constructions / Disability kits projects.

• Ensure that all project targets are achieved , and to explore the most in need beneficiaries , areas ,units and to assess them in the best way.

• Prepare shelter BoQs, Drawings and shelter designs to support cash for shelter as well as Contractor led implementation and support beneficiaries in the explanation of technical details related to the BoQs.

• Conduct regular field/site visits and supervise construction work at buildings as defined by project requirements, technical standards, specifications and other documentation.

• participate in capacity building trainings, workshops and marketing assessments when needed.

• Manage safety and security of the construction site, including of staff and laborers.

• Undertake data collection and data entry of Monitoring & Evaluation surveys and beneficiaries related data.

• Referee protection cases to the correct department for follow-up to ensure a full integration of the Shelter intervention.

• contributes to the planning, implementation and follow up of Shelter activities in assigned area.

• Support the field team in all stages (assessment, designing, planning and monitoring).
• Supervising the construction and administer works execution as per the contractual provisions and the project specifications, as well as sphere minimum standards, and respect plans with Ensure quantity and quality control and time schedule consistency.

• Timely report of challenges faced in the field to prevent potential delays or cost overruns that can be avoided.

• Community engagements during technical needs assessments,committee’s trainings, and participate in community meetings, and mobilization activities.

• Assesses the situation and analyses the needs of education in the intervention area to identify the appropriate and relevant actions and interventions.

• Conduct regular assessments, and analyses and advise programmer design and modifications •

• Lead implementation and monitoring of education in the educational centers among north Jordan.

Be responsible for the timely and successful implementation and reporting of education activities (basic literacy, numeracy, Social and Emotional Learning, skills acquisition programmed), in accordance with the projects’ objectives/outcomes.

• Undertake risk assessment in collaboration with MEAL and programme team to justify education intervention.

• Ensure that issues of gender, disability, disaster risk reduction, and conflict sensitivity are considered in the education program design, beneficiaries’ selection, and project implementation.

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of their respective roles in the implementation and client support processes

• Raise to the line manager new needs in items and services for the implementation of educational activities and participate in the development of PSR and procurement plans Supervise the effective implementation of the vocational skills training program.

• Establish and manage up-to-date records of all activities at the skills facilitation and training centers, including statistics and stock records of materials Support team to reach objectives.
• Organize weekly and monthly activity schedules for the team of monitors to conduct education activities.

• Conduct staff performance planning, evaluation, and appraisal and develop and implement capacity-building plans.

• Conduct regular meetings with the teams and ensure, with the line manager, close coordination with the case management team.

• Represent the organization in the local Education Interagency Coordination meetings, liaise with relevant Government line agencies, National, State and NGOs working in the field of operation.

• Liaise with other humanitarian actors in project locations to jointly advocate for education issues.

• Ensure close coordination with Tdh Child Protection teams for the purpose of identification and referrals. Prepare and submit weekly, and monthly reports on education activities. •

• Keep in close contact with respective local authorities, related government ministries, department, and agencies (MoE) to ensure their active participation in the effective implementation of the educational activities as well as proper use of resources.

• Identify knowledge gaps/training needs and ensure that education officers, education volunteers, and teachers receive appropriate orientation/training for teaching the target pupils.
