    Purchase goods, materials, spare part (OPEX), CAPEX, MRO, Media (TV's and digital) and services to ensure that company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.   • Purchase Requests and Orders
    Receive, verify and take action on purchase requisitions (PR’s) – for spare parts, equipment's, consumables, materials, supplies and/or services. Examine PR descriptions for completeness of technical details and information and interact independently with end users for correctness before issue of RFQs to ensure items are procured as per requester’s requirements. Review quotations, issue tender enquiries, finalize comparison, open tender documentation, technical and commercial evaluation of suppliers to issue purchase orders and supply agreements. Issue POs, obtain internal requester’s approval, and get supplier’s confirmation and continuously update POs status on SAP in order to track down requested items. Follow up on delivery schedules / activities (including logistical issues such as insurance, shipment, custom clearance, land transport,) for spares, equipment's, consumables and/or services and take all necessary measures in order to ensure that goods and services are delivered at right time and that invoices are conform to relevant PO's.

    The scope of this position will include but not only Annual Maintenance Contracts, materials, Spot services, fleet, marketing and support to business development during bid phase.
  • Reporting
    Prepare relative reports in timely and accurate manner in order to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.
  • Internal and External Relations
    Coordinate with Accounts Payable section to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for business with supplier. Coordinate and follow-up with Legal and Compliance department on regular basis regarding review of contracts from legal perspective and incorporate necessary changes as required, in order to ensure compliance
    with required regulations.
