Other important aspects of the role include managing and training local staff to meet international quality standards in Health program delivery, encouraging beneficiary participation, liaising with other stakeholders, and anticipating, planning, and contributing to the development of Health components for new project proposals and reports.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and evaluate the assigned health projects, in close collaboration with the Health PM, MEAL Manager, finance manager and Programme Funding Manager, effectively managing and reporting on the projects in line with the objectives, monitoring and evaluation plan, timeframe and budget. This position includes a particular focus on community health and cash for health. Encourage beneficiary participation, liaise with other stakeholders, and contribute to the development of new health project proposals and reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, facilitate, implement, monitor and supervise the health activities, community based promotion, mobilization and referral activities related to the Health Programme and in line with the programme objectives and logframe.

- Provide practical and technical guidance to the community health outreach teams in the project area.

- Encourage beneficiary participation.

- Liaise and coordinate with other stakeholders- Input to the development of new health projects and reports.

- Maintain the projects running effectively during COVID19 pandemic by using the adaptive management approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Health Referral Officer is responsible to coordinate, facilitate, monitor and supervise effective referral services, gaps and needs assessments, service mapping, and coordination with relevant service providers in line with the projects.

Provide practical and technical guidance to the community health outreach teams in the project area.

Key achievements:

- Develop referral SOPs for the health unit and systematize the referrals pathway with all stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administrate the core information management system to store all data related to programs indicators and beneficiaries, while also collecting, storing, and making available all relevant information and data related to Iraq for the partners. In addition, process and analyze available information/data related to programs and areas of operation in Jordan and Syria, according to the information needs of the program teams. This includes basic analytics such as creating visuals, regular reporting, summarizing findings, and data quality checks.

Key Achievements:

- Participate in developing the information management system for the new Zaatari clinics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Assisting Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and overall objectives are met.

● Overseeing and administering all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various programs and activities related to the position.

● Providing and/or coordinating the provision of technical guidance, consultation, related support to the staff and JPS programs.

● Preparing interim and final narrative projects reports and reporting it to donors.

● Reporting the data regarding project achievements on health information system.

● Assisting project manager in writing projects proposal as well as proposed budget.

● Representing JPS at health sector working group.

● Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, documenting and following up on the referrals coming from different organizations, and the outgoing referrals for the hospitals.

● Coordinating the referral for war wounded cases from eastern and western borders to JPS network hospitals, medical follow up, rehabilitation services (PSS, PT) as well as coordinating the referrals for elective cases as well as cases for reproductive health services at JPS network hospitals.

● Insuring the follow ups for the cases and having the needed feedback

Roles & Responsibilities:

Infection control program at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) providing a high level of patient care by identifying and reducing the risks of infections in patients and healthcare workers through coordinating all activities related to surveillance, prevention and control of infection in addition to the continuous review and evaluation of the infection control practices.

Key Achievements:

- Implement and monitor the hand hygiene improvement project which lead to significant increase in the hand hygiene rate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participated in nursing simulation activities, evidence-based practice project implementation and competency development to further nursing education.
• Managed care from admission to discharge.
• Updated patient charts with data such as medications to keep records current and support accurate treatments.
• Evaluated healthcare needs, goals for treatment, and available resources of each patient and connected to optimal providers and care.
• Educated patients, families and caregivers on diagnosis and prognosis, treatment options, disease process, and management and lifestyle options.
• Implemented medication and IV administration, catheter insertion, and airway management.
• Conferred with physicians to discuss diagnoses and devise well-coordinated treatment approaches.
• Collaborated with physicians to quickly assess patients and deliver appropriate treatment while managing rapidly changing conditions.
