As a Recruitment and Program Coordinator at desert bloom I played a vital role in facilitating cultural exchange programs, particularly the Work and Travel program for university students in Jordan. My responsibilities included:

• Identifying and recruiting eligible students for the program, leveraging various outreach channels to attract participants.
• Developing marketing strategies and materials to promote program awareness and participation.
• Guiding students through the registration process and assisting with visa applications and documentation.
• Providing ongoing support and communication to applicants regarding their application status and program requirements.
• Acting as a liaison between program participants and hosting organizations in the United States, coordinating meetings and scheduling pre-departure orientations.
