Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt.com’s recruitment products & services,
• Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads.
• Effectively manage business in assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
• Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
• Give online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
• Follow the Bayt sales pitch stages with rigor and discipline.
• Follow daily sales matrix as per the “sales funnel/pyramid” illustrated in the training materials.
• Produces regular reports on personal sales funnel including all personal stats, and efficiency ratios and analyze performance,
• All customers must be contacted at least one time every 2 months.Failure to do so may result in reassigning the account to another RM.
• Carry out other tasks as requested by the management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and decide to agree or disagree on the provided content.
• Provide input to develop and implement moderation strategy.
• Report and track ongoing moderation issues.
• Validation and verification of data.
• Validating entries thru online search.
• Providing suggestion on how to increase the speed and efficiency of moderation and validation process.
• Achieve the target within a specific time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Analyze requirements to determine feasibility of design and implementation within time and cost constraints.
• Obtain an evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, performance and security needs.
• Confer with product management team, engineers and quality assurance to design system and to obtain information on project limitation, capabilities, performance requirements software and interface.
• Determine systems and changes performance and security standards.
• Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
