Working as a Senior Project Manager at the EPMO - Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) engagement under the Special Cultural Zones executive program.

• Managing the development of Oasis Agricultural Campus concept design in AlUla's Cultural Oasis, a high-profile project led by world-renowned architect Francis Kéré and a consortium of over 10 consulting firms across various disciplines critical to the project's success.
• Oversee over five workstreams within the Oasis Agricultural Campus, including developing a business case, historical building documentation, structural and architectural assessments of heritage buildings, and archaeological site cleaning.
• Coordinate dependencies between projects within the program to ensure alignment of resources, timelines, and deliverables, facilitating effective collaboration and risk mitigation.
• Manage multiple sector projects, including the development of day farms, the design and delivery of Arboretum Plaza, and MP1 Roads Enhancement as part of early works to enhance the visitor experience.
• Assisting sector leadership in developing governance for the Special Cultural Zones (SCZ) to be presented and approved by the CEO and His Highness, the Governor.

• Received an upgrade from Engineer to Senior after having above the average KPI through one year of performing the material-technical review and management without any significant obstacles or variation to cost or time.
• Within two years and ahead of the project schedule, we were able to hand over the project to the client and end-user with a high satisfaction rate.
  - Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to create the public realm project plan and procurement control and followed through with its progress.
• Centralized as a single point of contact with the Client's ID team to finalize material selection and find practical alternatives.

KAP-05 (7 Billion SAR)
Providing engineering consultancy services (in a joint venture with Gesbau2ace) for reviewing the designs and supervising the construction works of the 5th Stage of the (KAP5) for the Ministry of Interior of Saudi government.

• Validated related architectural SOW using walk-through inspection, checklist, and statistical sampling, as per approved shopdrawing, quality requirement, and metrics.
• Issued nonconformance cases and violation reports such as SIN/DTR/NCR.
• Conducted meetings to close out pending issues and updated the issue log and risk register status.
• Completed six projects and performed close-out by overseeing initial handing over, preparing respective Snag List, and reviewing Project's TOC.

Project: Al-Hadithah new customs for passengers and Border Guards (1 billion SAR)

• Communicating and Engaging with Cross-functional stakeholders "Saudi Customs, MOF and Border Guards" to meet their requirements and fundamental objectives to reflect them on the new modification of the Project's Master plan.
• Revising and Developing the Project's Master Plan and buildings design for the Al-Hadithah land port and coordinating with Interdisciplinary engineering in the project team
• Reviewing and submitting shop-drawing and acquiring approval from consultant/owner.
