• Transformed patient record management by transitioning from a paper-based system to a digital CMS system, improving efficiency and data accuracy.

• Established a chronic disease patient database for over 600 refugee patients, enhancing long-term medical care and follow-ups.
• Led public health initiatives, including awareness campaigns on women’s health, child protection, and hygiene to educate and empower vulnerable populations.
