Preparation of Action Plan for the Personnel Section and follow up. Assist with all aspect of recruiting, training, payroll, benefits, administration and employee functions. Maintain and organize HR forms. Dealing with employee's salaries, social security, health insurance Prepare reports on personnel in terms of hours, overtime, absences, work injuries, evaluation of new staff, periodic evaluation reports and any direct request from the Director.
