  • Managing the daily operation process for operating Mechanical and Electrical services in the building to insure ideal atmosphere for the museum (using BMS) with balancing the utility consumption to match green concepts and lower the cost for budget supporting.
  • Maintain the museum facility to keep it always brand new and safe (civil works for 8500 m2 building).
  • Operate 420 KVA solar system to keep it supply the museum with minimum 75% of energy needs.
  • Leading any renovation projects in the museum (infra-structure works).
  • Maintain and develop the exhibit in the museum hall (190 exhibits for teaching purpose control by CPU or LPC units machine mechanical or electrical output).
  • Managing the landscape operation for 25,000 m2 around the museum building.
  • Budget planning for working plan, projects and utilities consumption for the coming year.

  • General building maintenance (mechanical, electrical, civil and furniture)
  • Maintain the building utility consumption (electricity, diesel, water, gas) within the green standard limits.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance program for building mechanical equipment (steam boiler, heating boiler, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHU’s, emergency electricity generator, fire alarm system and firefighting), I reduce the no. of fault from 866 to 5
  • Supervise the work with BMS system for the building, and the upgrade project for the new extension
  • Leading the maintenance team to complete the required jobs on daily basis.
  • Supervise all the renovation projects. (new chiller installation)
  • Create the perfect room program (full furniture maintenance, change lam bulb to LED, adjust TV connection to emergency power)
  • Supervise the Legionella preventive program to prevent the spread of this bacteria in demotic water system (hot and cold)
